Instructions
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to
375°F (190°C)
for 3 minutes.
Season the beef
Add the ground beef to a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
Air fry the beef
Place the beef in the air fryer basket or tray. Cook for
5 minutes
, then break it apart with a spoon or spatula.
Finish cooking
Return the beef to the air fryer and cook for another
4 to 5 minutes
, stirring once more if needed, until fully cooked through.
Build the bowls
Divide the rice into 4 bowls or meal prep containers. Top with cooked beef, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado.
Serve
Add any extra toppings or sauce and serve right away, or store for later.
Notes
Lean ground beef works well for high-protein meal prep.
Break the beef apart halfway through cooking so it cooks evenly.
Add avocado and sauces closer to serving for the best texture.
You can swap rice for cauliflower rice or roasted potatoes.
This recipe is easy to adjust based on what toppings you have.
