Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater
  • Rinse the grated potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch
  • Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a towel
  • Place in a bowl and mix with oil, salt, and pepper
  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F)
  • Spread the potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket
  • Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden
  • Serve immediately
