  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes (about 1 lb), diced into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • chopped parsley for garnish Optional

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes for even cooking.
  • Place the diced potatoes in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking so the potatoes brown evenly.
  • Continue cooking until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes so they cook evenly
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket so the potatoes become crispy instead of steaming.
  • Cook for an extra 2–3 minutes if you want them extra crispy..
