- 2 large russet potatoes (about 1 lb), diced into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- chopped parsley for garnish Optional
Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes for even cooking.
Place the diced potatoes in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking so the potatoes brown evenly.
Continue cooking until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
- Cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes so they cook evenly
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket so the potatoes become crispy instead of steaming.
- Cook for an extra 2–3 minutes if you want them extra crispy..
