This air fryer beef stir fry is easy, high in protein, and perfect for dinner. Made with tender beef, colorful vegetables, and a simple stir fry-style sauce.
Preheat the air fryerPreheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Season the beefAdd the sliced beef to a bowl with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch. Toss until evenly coated.
Prep the vegetablesAdd the sliced peppers and snap peas or broccoli to another bowl. Toss lightly with a little oil if needed.
Air fry the beefPlace the beef in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Air fry the vegetablesRemove the beef and air fry the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Make the sauceIn a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and water.
Combine and serveToss the cooked beef and vegetables together with the sauce. Serve right away with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
