Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Season the beef
Add the sliced beef to a bowl with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Prep the broccoli
Toss the broccoli florets with a very light drizzle of oil and a small pinch of salt.
  • Air fry the beef
Place the beef in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Air fry the broccoli
Remove the beef and air fry the broccoli for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  • Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and water.
  • Combine and serve
Toss the cooked beef and broccoli together with the sauce and serve right away. Add sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Slice the beef thinly for quicker cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket or the beef may steam.
  • Broccoli cooks fast, so watch it closely.
  • Add the sauce after air frying for the best texture.
  • Serve with rice for a more filling meal.
